❓ Are your designs manually digitized?
Absolutely! Each of our designs is meticulously manually digitized using cutting-edge software. We prioritize precision, reduce unnecessary jump stitches, and set optimal parameters to ensure flawless stitch quality.

❓ Are your designs test stitched?
Certainly! Every design at Designs is rigorously tested by our dedicated in-house testers, and we stitch them multiple times until they meet our high standards. In the rare event of any issues, usually related to stabilizing, materials, or machine tension, please reach out to us at info@digitizingembroidery.shop. Our friendly support team is ready to assist you promptly.

❓ Is there a limit to my downloads?
No, there isn’t! We offer unlimited downloads, and your downloads will never expire (as long as you access them through https://digitizingembroidery.shop). However, please download your designs upon purchase. While we provide unlimited downloads as a courtesy, we are not a cloud storage service. It's the customer’s responsibility to store and manage their purchased designs. We sell machine embroidery designs, not storage solutions.

❓ Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Regrettably, no. Due to the electronic nature of our products and their ability to be reproduced, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We are firm on this policy. Please review your order carefully or reach out with any questions before making a purchase. It’s the customer’s responsibility to understand their hoop capabilities and sewing field.

❓ Can I resize your designs?
You may resize our designs using your embroidery editing software. However, we recommend not exceeding a 10-20% resize in either direction to maintain design integrity. We do not provide custom resizing services. If you choose to resize, please do so at your own risk. We only guarantee the quality of the designs in the sizes we offer and test.

❓ How will I receive my designs?
Your designs will be available for instant download upon purchase in your account. Ensure you are logged in to access and download your designs.

 ❓ How do I download the files I purchased?
Once you have completed your purchase, your files will be available for instant download directly from your account. To download, simply log in to your account, go to your order history, and click on the download link next to the purchased item. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team at info@digitizingembroidery.shop. 

❓ What file formats are available?
We offer designs in a variety of machine embroidery file formats, including PES, DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3, and more. Please check the specific product page for the formats available with each design.

❓ What if my design doesn’t fit my embroidery machine’s hoop size?
Before purchasing, please make sure the design fits within your machine's hoop size. If the design is too large for your hoop, resizing might distort the design. If you are unsure, please contact us before making a purchase.

❓ Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?
Yes, we offer a commercial license for certain designs. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information on our licensing policies.
