📝To order a machine embroidery design, follow these steps:
Fill out the provided Application form. 
Attach a sketch photo for digitization to your application and send it to us by E-Mail or via chat on the website. 🚀

We will reply within 24 hours.

🎨 The sketch should be in vector format: *.CDR, *.AI, *.EPS, or raster format (scanned is acceptable): *.JPG, *.GIF, *.PNG, or *.BMP with high resolution (at least 150 DPI).

📏Specify the intended size of the embroidery design (width, height in millimeters). 
🧵Indicate the fabric type for future embroidery, specify the desired design density. 
🪡Provide the size of your hoop. 
🌈Mention the number of colors. 

Inform us about the formats supported by your embroidery machine. 🤖
Offer a detailed description of your desired outcome, including font names if it involves text in various styles. ✒️

We assess the design creation hours and inform you about the estimated time for your design. Once ready, we send you photos of the design along with its full details via email.

Upon payment, you'll receive your designs in a ZIP folder. It's essential to be proficient in using your software to access and open these embroidery files.

If adjustments are needed, we provide technical support.

💸 The cost of custom digitization starts from a minimum of 1.5 euros per 1000 stitches. Prices vary based on the complexity of the work.

⏰ Production timelines are discussed individually and typically begin within 1-2 business days.
